Hey! I'm Jasmine Evans the owner and planner at Dreams Of The Heart Events. I am Event & Wedding Planning Certified by the New York Institute of Art & Design. Ever since I was a young girl, I have had huge dreams for my birthdays and my wedding. I'm one of those typical people who have their entire wedding planned out by age 12. So if I can have big dreams for my events, I know everyone else out there has them too. I want to help others by not only making their dream events come true, but also by helping mine come true. I want to exceed the expectations and create a positive atmosphere for all clients.
